We’ve created several tools to help you get support quickly and efficiently:
• Please try the password reset option first before calling the IT Department. This helps us assist others who may not have access.
• If you are able to log in to the Service Desk, please use it to submit tickets so we can prioritize and route them more effectively.

NOTE: Emailing the Service Desk or individual IT team members is the least effective way to resolve your issue quickly.

Depending on your primary work location, here’s what you can reset:

Corporate Office: Email, Intranet, OneDrive, Yammer, Company Computer, and Corporate VPN (if provided)
Community Team Members: Email, Intranet, OneDrive, Yammer (Computer access coming soon!)
Communities migrated to Corporate Network: Email, Intranet, OneDrive, Yammer, Company Computer, and Corporate VPN — all with one password!
